Either way, Artists Alive and Well has you covered with its 3rd anniversary Summerview Exhibition, opening July 19, 2010, with a reception from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. The exhibit is being held at Phoenix Tower, 9th Floor, 3200 Southwest Freeway (at Buffalo Speedway).  The latest Artists Alive and Well exhibit features the work of 25 of Houston's hottest emerging artists. Their colorful styles will take your mind off the heat and put you in the mood for vacationing! Summerview is chaired by long-time Artists Alive and Well member Margo Green and Kent Sollenberger. "The Summerview Exhibition should be a wonderful show," says Margo, "and it should provide many Houstonians with a great opportunity to experience our members' artistic talents."    Since July 2007, Artists Alive and Well has supported more than 100 Houston artists in showing their work and expanding their art careers with passion and confidence. Founded by Houston artist Linda Summers Posey, Artists Alive and Well has presented 10 major exhibits in the last 3 years and a host of smaller shows. Artists also benefit from monthly meetings which focus on educating artists in career development and marketing strategies.
