Houston Via Colori ®, A street painting festival, is produced by The Center for Hearing and Speech. The event is a FREE, two-day street painting festival in Sam Houston Park and the surrounding streets of Allen Parkway and Bagby. Watch the progress of colossal-sized works of art, completely created in pastels, by more than 200 artists. There is also live music, food and children’s activities. Proceeds from Houston Via Colori support CHS’ mission to teach deaf children to listen, speak and read.
