Lydia Bodnar-Balahutrak "Hide and Seek"

Lydia Bodnar- Balahutrak’s solo exhibition “Hide and Seek” will open up at the College of the Mainland Fine Arts Gallery on Monday Sept 13, 2010. Bodnar- Balahutrak uses the collages of images and mixed media such as paint and charcoal to create the play of “hide and seek”, which the artist believes is “the heartbeat of life- the pulsating rhythm of lost and found, yes/no, inside/outside, positive/negative.”

The artist’s talk is held on Thursday Sept 16 at 11:30 am, reception to follow at 12:30pm.

The show runs through Thursday Oct 14.

College of the Mainland Fine Arts Gallery is open Mon-Thu 9-4.
