The Michele Brangwen Dance Ensemble will show a video of GET OUTSIDE, a performance work that premiered in Sweden in December 2009. GET OUTSIDE was created in collaboration with the Norrbotten Big Band, an innovative jazz ensemble based in Sweden, and features choreography by Michele Brangwen, music by Tim Hagans, and video by Yunuen Perez.
The program will also feature a performance by Tim Hagans Subversive Jazz, the wild quartet led by Grammy-nominated trumpeter & composer Tim Hagans.
Intermission will include a Meet-the-Artists Reception. Admission is Free.
