Curated by Y. E. Torres, A Moving Theater of Absolute Uniqueness one-night event which seeks to encourage unconventional performance that is influenced by contemporary belly dance. The event intersects discipline-defying, breakthrough projects which challenge conventional ideas about movement, costume, installation and its application in performance.  A Moving Theater of Absolute Uniqueness will serve as an outlet for experimentation by creating an environment for artistic growth and expanding public access to non-traditional dance in Houston, Texas.
