A colorful and unique extravaganza of Indian music (instrumental, choral and solo singing) and dance, accompanied by the United Nations Association International Choir (UNAIC), will be presented on Sat., March 13 at Cullen Performance Hall on the University of Houston's main campus. There will be two performances, 5:30 and 8:30 p.m., both benefiting the non-profit organization AIM (All India Movement) For Seva whose goal is to empower people who have been left behind in India’s rise to economic progress. This presentation emphasizes both the uniqueness of Indian culture and the universality of humankind's desire to work together to better the lives of all people, especially children.
