Urban Assault: A Spacetaker Benefit Party
featuring the works of Kevin Peterson
and the sounds of Seth Jones of Soular Grooves

 

Join us on Saturday August 14th at The Tipping Point (1212 Main) for an incredible evening of art, music, food and drink benefiting Spacetaker. 

 

Indian cuisine by the amazing new downtown restaurant Korma Sutra along with signature drink, "Jenni's Cosmo."

 

A suggested donation of $50 at the door will benefit Spacetaker and its ongoing programs, including:

 

- Artist Resource Center professional development workshop series

- ARC Exhibitions showcasing talented emerging artists

- Winter Holiday Art Market

- Sugar Land ARTernative Festival

- Working in collaboration with the Downtown District to coordinate op-up art installations and performances in empty retail space 

 

Additionally, 20% of any art sales that evening will go to Spacetaker.
