Rice Dance Theatre presents “IN HABIT”, a fall choreography showcase concert for Rice University and the Houston community. Performances will take place over three nights from November 19-21, at 7:30pm. The event will be held in the Barbara and David Gibbs Recreation and Wellness Center Dance Theater Studio, which can be accessed from Entrance 20 off of Rice Boulevard. General admission is $7; student tickets are $5.
Dances will be choreographed by guest artist / faculty member, Leslie Scates, and student choreographers: Taylor Coon, Dina Yangirova, Emily Jacob, Stephanie Dunlop, Claudia Casbarian, Prudence Sun and Nazima Zakhidova.
Tickets can be reserved by sending an email to lscates@rice.edu or by calling the Rice Dance Program office at 713-348-5773. They can also be purchased through Rice Dance Theatre members, or at the door prior to each performance. Seating is limited; reservations are encouraged.
