No. However, those artists, nonprofits, and businesses with Culture 365 Memberships ($50, $250, and $500 respectively) receive additional benefits.
At the FREE level, you can:
-Create an online profile
-Add digital assets to ONE FREE linked portfolio (unlimited images & up to 3 multimedia files)
-Create event, exhibition, and rehearsal locations
-Add Press Releases to Culture Wire to be distributed via Spacetaker's network (Twitter, Facebook, and other social media outlets)
-Add events to our comprehensive online calendar
-Create FIELD GUIDE listings (similar to a classifieds system, only free) for artist opportunities, the swap shop, and arts-related materials, services, and spaces.
With PAID Culture 365 Membership, your options include:
-Discounted rates on banner ads and web advertising
-Preferred placement in our listings
-Selling your artwork, tickets, or other goods/services through our e-commerce engine
-Adding digital assets to MULTIPLE linked portfolios (unlimited image & multimedia files)

We recommend using 3 x 2 image ratio, i.e. 450 x 225 pixels. Don't forget to save them as a jpeg or png as RGB.

Currently, Spacetaker members have access to online portfolios which include the ability to post images, videos, and audio into an online gallery system. If you are not a member join and receive all of the benefits and networking Spacetaker has to offer.
We recommend using the most recent version of Firefox.

Spacetaker has been test on both PC and Mac and functions well on both platforms with the most current browsers. If you are experiencing issues upgrade your browsers and then contact us at beta@spacetaker.org
This site is using the most current javascripts and techniques available to deliver the best product to our users. We recommend that you update your browsers to as new as you can. This usually resolves any technical issues that you may be experiencing.
Now that you have a user name and log in you are ready to begin adding your content to Spacetaker. Once you log in with your username and password the buttons on the right will change depending on what your options.
To create your online profile click Create/Edit Your profile.
This will take you to a form that will allow you build and customize your information for the public to see. This also adds your name into the lists so you can be added to events and other information dynamically throughout Spacetaker.

To Create/Edit/Manage Content click on the second button labeled accordingly. This will take you to a page with a drop down menu that will allow you create your content for free on Spacetaker. This includes locations, events, and press releases.
