About The Film Festival:
The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center presents the 33rd Annual CineFestival en San Antonio – the longest running Latino film festival in North America. CineFestival en San Antonio is an important regional forum for screening film and video works that showcase the breadth and diversity of the Chicano/Latino experience.
SUBMISSION DEADLINES
- Early: October 1, 2010
- Final: November 5, 2010

AWARD CATEGORIES
- BEST FEATURE (narrative, animated, 40 minutes or longer)
- BEST SHORT (narrative, animated, experimental, under 40 minutes)
- BEST DOCUMENTARY FILM
- EMERGING ARTIST AWARD (student filmmaker, first film)
- SPECIAL JURY AWARD (film that best exemplifies the spirit of the festival)
