KAXM Gallery announces a call to artists for the month of August. The opening reception will be held Saturday August 7 as part of White Linen Night in the Heights.
The theme for the August show is “Body of Work” and artists are asked to interpret that as they will. Figure works are great; an ink drawing of a hand; large eyes staring out from the canvas; nude torsos, etc. The “body” in “Body of Work” is not restricted to the human form.
Artists, photographers, sculptors, and jewelry designers who are interested in showcasing their work in a new venue are invited to submit.
