Spacetaker is seeking a qualified candidate to fill to position of Program & Marketing Manager (PMM). The PMM is responsible for overseeing ARC programming and development, as well as Culture 365 Membership Marketing and reports directly to the Executive Director. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Artist Resource Center Management and Development
• The PMM manages the core programming: Artist SPEAKeasy, WHAM market, Cultured Cocktails, ARC Exhibitions, and ARC Workshops
• The PMM is responsible for seeking and securing sponsorships of core programming
• The PMM oversees ARC services and assists ED in developing new ARC services
• The PMM will sit on a minimum of two various committees in the Community
Educational Coordinator
• Assists in managing all professional practice and developmental workshops at the ARC
Artist SPEAKeasy & ARC Exhibitions
• Work with Artist Board of directors to curate SPEAKeasy, ARC Exhibitions, etc.
• Create promotional materials (write press releases) for all ARC programming
• Manage food and drink for events
• Work with ED to secure volunteers to help prepare and run ARC events
• Write informal report after each, including: Presenters, Sponsors, & Attendance
WHAM
• Manage Call for Artists, site map, rentals, entertainment & entertainment schedule
• Manage event promotion- 12-16 week lead time to ensure media coverage
• Manage contract employees
• Work with ED on securing and managing volunteers for event
• Write final reports for market, including Sales Report, Stats & Attendance
Marketing
• PMM is liaison on all marketing programs and editorial outreach
• PMM oversees the strategy and development of the Culture 365 Marketing Plan
• PMM is responsible for cultivating Culture 365 memberships
Functions in support of the Executive Director in the following activities:
Grants and Donations
Assist in the creation of a grant schedule and in the preparation of grants as needed
Responsible to work with ED to get grants in on time
Assist ED in determining ROI on grants submitted
Special Events
PMM is expected to share in the responsibility of overseeing events
Cultivate and Manage Individual Donations
Work to increase donor base
Write timely thank you notes with tax benefit form from QuickBooks
Other Requirements:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as social media (Facebook, Twitter); Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop a plus, but not required.
Starting Salary Commensurate with Experience

Vacation: 2 weeks + national holidays (if no time sensitive projects)
Hours: 10pm – 6pm (flex hours) plus some after hours
