Me and my organization provide overall financing and funding for organizations from $1M to $25M in revenue.  This financing usually takes the form of an initial consulting engagement (this is bileld), wherein my team creates an in-depth business plan taht will lay out and support recapitalizing an organization through equity infusions as well as ensuring the right amount of working capital (debt) is achieved.
