Alexine O. Art Expressions
Alexine O’Fiel Stevens began her career in the ‘70s with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Texas Christian University. She fell in love with creating abstract works and experimenting in different mediums. Traveling through the spectrum of life, she found herself working as a commercial artist, raising four children, teaching elementary school, becoming a real estate broker/owner, and at last, returning full circle to the artist, where she belongs.
Her life experiences have enhanced the depth of her work. This is evidenced
through the bold fearless art expression exemplified through variations of media, composition, and brilliant colors. She uses layering techniques resulting in reactions that give the ultimate vibrant finish to each work of art.
Her ultimate goal, with her brave contrast of color and materials, is to complete a piece that energizes the mind and spirit. Each creation sparks the senses, stirs the soul, and takes you to another place creating
a different perspective of how we see things.
