Crystal Jackson

Crystal Jackson (playwright) is the co-founder of theatre cooperative Six Of One Productions. Produced in theaters from Billings, Montana to New York City, her work has been reviewed as "politically ferocious" with "substantial laughs." Crystal’s plays have appeared in numerous festivals, including EstroGenius (New York City), Abbie Hoffman Died for Our Sins (Chicago), GLO (NYC), Theatre Roulette (Columbus, OH), Subversive Shorts (Buffalo) and FemmeFest (NYC). Crystal is the recipient of an Individual Artist Grant from Houston Arts Alliance. Her play Please Remove This Stuffed Animal From My Head is published by Original Works Publishing in Los Angeles. Her full-length The Singularity was a finalist for the 2012 Bay Area Playwrights Festival, the Reva Shiner Comedy Award and the Leah Ryan Award and a semi-finalist for the Next Generation Playwriting Award.
